DiversiTech has acquired MC Distribution, a French company specialising in the distribution of HVAC products. The move strengthens DiversiTech’s presence in Europe and marks a strategic milestone in the company’s growth.
A key element of the acquisition is the full retention of the entire MC Distribution team and management. Their expertise, customer relationships and in-depth market knowledge represent a valuable asset that will help create new opportunities through access to DiversiTech’s broader European platform.
