For HVAC contractors, the challenge is keeping every job moving once customers, subcontractors and internal teams are all trying to coordinate at once. For many operators, that coordination already happens in WhatsApp groups. But as install volume grows, updates can get buried, confirmations missed, and back-office teams end up chasing photos, paperwork, commissioning evidence, and job progress by hand.
Jely.chat, founded by Saul Truman and Wojtek Woznicki, works inside WhatsApp, creating groups linked to jobs, with Jely’s WhatsApp agents chasing updates, collecting confirmations, gathering paperwork, and keeping the workflow moving. The aim is to help teams scale without scaling the admin behind them.
Jely is currently putting together a white paper: How to Improve Coordination Between Field Teams and Clients Without Adding More Ops Work. The research draws on conversations with more than 15 companies so far, looking at where time is being lost, how teams are managing customer-provider communication today, and what it takes to keep jobs on track without adding complexity.
