Grant UK has updated the Portal and Click app platforms that are exclusively available to members of the G1 Installer Scheme. Members can use the G1 Portal to register Grant installations, activate their extended guarantees, access exclusive resources, and order brochures, merchandise and more. Meanwhile, G1 Click is a product registration app that makes registering installations onsite quick and easy.
Installers can now register multiple Grant products on a single registration, allowing them to seamlessly register complete installations in a few clicks. A new service reminder page allows G1 installers to view and manage all their Grant product service reminders. The Portal also has a stylish new look and improved navigation. It stores product registration documentation for installers to access anytime, and has a handy Downloads centre where installers can access and use exclusive resources and materials.
As with the main Portal, the G1 Click app also incorporates the new multiple product registration functionality, an updated barcode scanner for reading serial numbers, and an improved offline mode for capturing product details onsite. www.grantuk.com/professional/g1-scheme
