Warmup has launched Smartcare, its new heating support service.
Designed to reinforce Warmup’s globally trusted position in after-sales care, Smartcare by Warmup uses secured data received from Warmup’s WiFi-connected thermostats (including the new 7iE Smart Matter WiFi Thermostat) to ensure an end-user’s heating system is always running at its optimal level, while also facilitating direct access to Warmup’s team of experts, for free.
As part of the service, Smartcare offers free 24/7/365 remote diagnostics, with AI-powered proactive support for the lifetime of a Warmup underfloor heating system.
By analysing real-time data, Warmup can make recommendations to improve a system’s efficiency and provide round-the-clock technical support over the phone to resolve most issues it may encounter.
As part of the UK launch, two further Smartcare membership opportunities will be offered via a monthly subscription.
Smartcare Efficiency+ helps to enhance the energy savings of a Warmup system with innovative performance insights that, the company says, can assist in energy savings of up to 25%. Smartcare Maintenance+ will offer free on-site system servicing through its access to a dedicated network of underfloor heating engineers, alongside all the benefits of Efficiency+. www.warmup.co.uk
